Question Job effectin' gains?!?!

Alright,

I just got this job for moving funiture and such. Obviously it is highly phsycial. I was wondering with it greatly wreck havoc on my gains, or perhaps it will?

I was thinkin' of takin a protein shake to work, and creatine before I go off to work, and also some gulatmine. What do you think?

I don't see that type of work being a problem if you get enough sleep and like you said take a weightgainer or protein shake to get extra calories. You also have to know the mechanics of your body. Before work you should eat lots of complex carbs no protein, then immediatly after work eat about 10 grams of bcaa's not free forms(no glutamine), and completely relax for about an hour after work. And try to avoid working out if you can for about 3 hours because your hormone levels are pretty jacked up(test levels are down and insulin levels and GH levels are up)and your glucose stores are spent.

just eat a bunch of food and get lots of sleep...you'll be fine. You wont be lifting a chair for 10 reps or anything, it's cool
