Hey guys i was wondering as i am just about to purchase some stuff for an ECA stack how i should be taking it and when? I saw great results in a previous thread and i want to give it a shot myself..the only problem is im unsure on what time i should be taking it and how much/when etc..
My day looks like this:
8:am wake up / breakfast
10:am gym workout
1: pm lunch
3:30: pm start work
6:00pm break / dinner
10:00pm 2nd break / another meal
12:00am finish work go home sleeeeeeeep

I thought ephedrine was illegal now..
how do you plan to get the ephedrine for your eca stack?

I would recommend him taking his 2nd dose aruond 2-2:30 untill he starts doing three doses. This way it would be more fresh into his system for when he is at the gym. The span life of ephedrine is only a few hours, and it usually peaks early within the time you take it.Originally Posted by ad19

Umm natural health stores in ontario where im from, they sell ephedra or ephedrine w/e the name i forget in 8mg tablets... they just reduced pill sizes, i think the 24 mg pills were banned. so all you have to do is buy a bottle of the 8mg pills.. and take three at a time per dose.Originally Posted by Ferociousd
