    A few questions

How much weight per month should a 5'7 male put on with very little of it being fat, mostly all muscle?

What would you consider the weight that a 5'7 male would be considered muscular? I know it all really comes down to how you look, but I just was looking for a ball park figure to use to measure my progress while putting on muscle without fat. Sorry if this question doesnt really belong in this forum. Thanks for all help though

I'd say 5-6 lbs. is normal per month with an increase of calories of 500 per day with a strict diet and exercise routine.

what is considered muscular is defined differently from person to person and weight has very little to do with muscles..it has more to do with lean body mass since an out of shape 180lb man with a 5'7 frame is much less muscular than a 180 lb weight lifter witha 5'7 frame...get it?
