    Can certain baked french fries be healthy?

    I noticed Ronnie ate them in his video. Yeah I know he's a humongous guy with a huge metabolism, but if I get baked fries then they really should be quite healthy right?

    Yea, actually I microwave a potato then eat it but I wash the skin and peel it off first before I put it on the plate to microwave

    Really? I thought they were good to eat. I just eat oatmeal and whole wheat bread now, though I have a bag of brown rice I have no way of preparing. The oatmeal gets kinda old but heeeey you gotta do what you gotta do.

    theres a place near me that makes these things called "air fries". they taste just as good as regular fries, actually better to me at least, and they only have like 3 grams of fat a serving. all that really means though is it has less fat. its still junk carbs, pretty much the equivalent to eating white bread. but the fat people across the street eating at burger king would be well served to eat the air fries in place of the regular ones.

    Good carbs: oatmeal, shreaded wheat, all bran, kashi Go-Lean, most all fruits, beans, barley, brown rice, wild rice, and other whole grains. You don't have to just eat oatmeal all the time.

    The stove is downstairs which is really far away. I have a fridge and microwave in my room and I just stay here and eat......

    Maybe one day I'll go down and make some rice.
