I noticed Ronnie ate them in his video. Yeah I know he's a humongous guy with a huge metabolism, but if I get baked fries then they really should be quite healthy right?

No matter how you prepare them potatoes are ****. They have one of the highest GI/GL ratings, and current day potatoes have very little vitimins/minerals from all the **** they spray on them.

theres a place near me that makes these things called "air fries". they taste just as good as regular fries, actually better to me at least, and they only have like 3 grams of fat a serving. all that really means though is it has less fat. its still junk carbs, pretty much the equivalent to eating white bread. but the fat people across the street eating at burger king would be well served to eat the air fries in place of the regular ones.
