Not to mention that the lock out on Deads (At least how I was taught to do them) works the traps and rhombs a little... It also works the forearms in gripping... And by working larger muscle(s) groups, you are more likely to create a stronger anabolic state for the rest of your body...
(All provided you have adequate or better Nutrition)
Dips, Deads, and Chins... All you need is something for calves, and you've in someway hit damn near every muscle in the body.6'4"
