The Oak Turnin' 60!

Hey all.

Yesterday, Muscle & Fitness released their latest issue celebrating Arnold Schwarzenegger and his life up to his 60th birthday. It's an excellent issue, and for those of you who don't already have a subscription I suggest you pick one up at the store and indulge yourself in it.

To me, it's amazing how motivated he was even has a younger kid...and he carried that with him for his entire life. It's definitely a good find. I just wanted to share some of the joy.

Thanks for this. I've read Mens Fitness and Mens Health but the one issue I ever bought of Muscle & Fitness showed me that the others couldn't compare. I'll look out for the issue.

wait... the june one has the huge section? because i just got my may issue last week (i'm subscribed) and it said next month there would be a huge feature....aaahhh i wanna see it. may did have some good diet advice, and a routine i used for a week to really shock my muscles before i started a stack of supps and a new routine

Technically, it's the July issue...they just release them a month ahead.

is he still in decent shape? i had seen a picture that was supposedly of him but he wasnt looking very fit, which is too bad. Still a legend though.

There have been a lot of pictures of him floating around that were photoshopped. I actually saw him in a Newsweek article where it showed him outdoors in a sleeveless. The man still has some big arms...and he does keep in good shape.
