Ok, the question is self explanatory. I ask because my chest definately feels different since I started 1AD/4AD about 6 days ago. It feels like it's holding water though. My nipple feels a little more puffier, but that can be just my imagination. They don't look puffy at all in the mirror. They aren't sore. They don't itch. When I press the nipple it doesnt' feel like there is a ball or anything behind it, like I've heard people say. So how do I know if it's gyno, or just my mind playing tricks?

when you see a physical change, you have gyno. You can usually feel it coming though. as you have stated you can feel something going on.
