    Exclamation Wierd sensation INFO needed?

Right above my right heel where the calf attaches to the heel...

Started out sore after running and playing hockey.

Now I'm getting the sensation of "squeeky wood floor" when I move it.

I don't know how else to explain it but it's like when you step on an old wooden floor board and it squeeks and feels wierd. I'm getting the same feeling now.

    Anyone know whats going on?

Do you warm up your legs and stretch your achilles tendon before exercising?

I think I have felt the same thing that you describe but it was only before I warmed up my legs and stretched. Once warmed up it never bothered me.

From what you have said I don't think it is too serious, so I would suggest applying heat before exercise. But read the information in the link and you should be able to decide what is best for your situation.
