    Beast Training Verson 1.0

    Derek, I was just curious as to what the word was from the CEO of bb.com as to when Beast Training Version 1.0 was going to be up. I know in another thread you said you had it done and were sending it to him. I'm very anxious to read this article as are many others that have been following this forum I would assume. Also has there been any word on the bulking section yet? No offense to you but I don't think you are a prioritized writer with the management around here. You sent them your last offseason and they didn't post that either. I'm not trying to rip on you at all or the site as I know they post a lot of articles and you are one of many writers but I would have to argue that you are one of the more popular ones and that they should post your articles sooner. Ne wayz I was just curious on if there was any word on those things.

    Sorry to dissapoint you Sword Chucks. I too want to see it and the thing that makes me kinda mad is that I know derek has it done and I know he's asked about the bulking section. I don't blame him for a thing...its just bb.com doesn't post his stuff for some odd reason even though we all want to read it. Ne wayz when its up I'll read it and read it again I'm sure.

    You guys can make up your own programs. Im sure Beast's program is just manipulating frequency, volume, intensity and density. Just go read up on periodization and look at some other programs by like twin peak, fi etc and build the program to suit your needs and goals.

    I know I can make my routine. I have read those articles...multiple times. I've just always like reading Derek's stuff too and was wondering when it would be up is all. Thanks for answering my question btw Derek. Its better to get the bugs out of your progarm now than post something and have it not be very good.

    Of course anyone can make their own training program. But some would feel more confident using one someone else makes. No one is forced to use my program. And for those that do, I highly recommend that after doing through it once that they tweak it to their needs.

    I am fighting between two different options for the routine right now... But the diet is done

    I would assume the diet is carb cycling? It seemed to have worked for you and many others including myself. Keep us posted on how it is coming along.
