12 months progress.
ok since i have not done a progress thread i figured i'd throw one together.
alright so if we go back exactly 12 months this is me -
6'2 135lbs - apparently this is maximum weight a 12 pack of mountain dew a day can support. ecto much?
and jumping back to the present - at 6'3" 180lbs, i flux between 180-190.
any comments/critiques appreciated. i will defeat the skinniness.

Damn dude, for you the skinniness isn't that bad of a thing. You packed on a lot of mass while staying at a very low bf%. Keep it up

Awesome progress, put on a lot of mass and kept the BF down low. I like.
Are you planning to bulk to get bigger or are you happy with where you are at?

Hmm. How does that affect your lifting for chest?
You're adding a good bit of size and still ripped to shreds, so keep that up.

strength wise i'm pretty even between my upper body on the left and right sides on pressing movements, my delt is little overdeveloped to compensate for the small pec on the right. so i only notice the difference on flyes, my right pec gives out earlier and i will notice that i'm trying to pull in different muscles to finish a fly instead of just my chest on that side.
thanks for the comments guys.
edit: what does my BF% look like by the way?

Great progress mate.
I have the same condition as you. By training I can definitely see that it is less noticeable, extremely inspirational in my eyes.
I'm about where you started now lol, so I got some work ahead of me.
Nice work, and good luck on your future goals!

thanks, you can definately make the same progress i did and more, i really didn't figure out my diet and workouts that produced results until october/november of 2006, that is when weight started coming. now i've kind of hit a plateau, so i'm messing with my diet and i've reduced workout frequency to see what works again.

i did a bulk, but it was pretty clean. I ate tons of tuna, peanut butter, bananas, chicken, steak, oatmeal and whey protein, pretty much ate potatoes and asparagus or some green vegatable with every meal, and drank almost a gallon of skim milk a day. I got really tired of eating like that, but i'm since my weight gain has slowed, I'm going to go back to it pretty soon I'm thinking.

I saw your pec and it reminded me of that MMA fighter. Can't think of his name, but has the same issue. You look awesome though! Keep at it.

haha, tra telligman? yeah his chest was crushed though, when i went into basic training for the army at 18 - which i barely made minimum weight by 3lbs, [and never gained any weight either] people thought my chest had been crushed by some freak accident all the time. I actually took up MMA 6 months ago and I think the heavy emphasis on conditioning/cardio is what slowed down my weight gain. So far I've chipped 4 of my own teeth using my face to block kicks, and fractured one guy's face.
which guy from jurassic park? jeff goldblum? weird.

The last pic to me looks really steroidal, so If you've made all that progress off you're own back, big respect.
