348 Lbs. Starting off - Will update often
This is me at 348 lbs. I will add some more progress pics, but I started only a week or so ago. I used to be in real good shape but lost it over the last few years. I decided to bite the bullet and expose myself so that I am forced lose it.
Well, here goes. Gulp...
The skinny pics are of me a few years ago.

I hear ya man... I let myself go for almost 4 years and put on 80 lbs.
I started from ground zero on the 1st of June. It's gonna be a long haul but It'll be worth it in the end and until the end!
Good luck to ya!

I started at 360+....down 40+ lbs since like feb. its not as hard as you think it is....
hOW DO i JOIN THE CONTEST?
The keys Ive found is really:
1) Starting off modest with the workouts...I did barely any weight and high high reps at the beginning especially with squats since there is so much weight even without the bar.
2) Just give up any and all liquid calories that arent like protein shakes or milk...NO soda or juice those are just empty calories.
3) minimal refined carbs...say bye bye to white flour, crackers, white tortillas things like that.
4)Lots of water.
5) EAT 5-7 TIMES A DAY!!!
nO 5 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CHANGE YOU CAN MAKE EVERYTHING ELSE SORT OF FELL INTO PLACE AFTER i DID THAT.
Also remember its better to be consistently working out than 1-3 super intense workouts then recovering for 4-5 days ....thats silly and inefficient.
Please visit my log if you have a chance...maybe one day ill sack up and post some pics of myself ....too pussy now lol lol lol.
