Waxy Maize Starch as carb source
I have been trying to search to see if anyone has asked this question before but I can't find out any information on this...Whats the opinion on using Waxy Maize Starch as a carb source on a cut? I use it post workout and it helps fill me out very good especially as I am eating lower carbs. I have been trying it first thing in the morning the past few days and I see a great difference than my usual oatmeal. My question is how does it impact insulin and stuff? For cutting purposes, is it not a wise choice as a carb source for a meal and should I just stick to it postworkout?
