All or Nothing Program and Stack(smile)
Well here I go, I'm looking for some feedback by those who have done anything similar to this:
My Stack:
E-Bol
Jungle Warfare
Diesel Fuel V2
BCAA
CEE
Multi-Vitamin(always)
NOS Precurser
(as always)Uni-Liver(live by this stuff, really helps my wife with her blood pressure.)
Fish oil
Yerba Mate Tea(I love this stuff!!)
Here is the kicker, I will be doing the Velocity diet(whew!!!!)
I will be working my behind off, but I am looking forward to great success!!
"When 41 comes I won't know , I'll be too busy looking good(smile)"as I said all or nothing.(smile)
Any insight would be helpful

Looks like a good stack man! Im sure you will love the JW...it really kicks ass. Have you thought about doing two bottles of it? It really kicks in around week 3 and if you stop at week 4 you are cheating yourself a little!

First time, it is very extreme, but then that's my M.O(smile)
I feel it's all a state of mind, I'll tell you what's hard carrying around the 300 pounds I used to weigh, having to buy pants with a 45-48 inch waist, being sick and tired all the time, depressed and hating to even look in a mirror, living that way for a number of years now that was extreme(smile) if I can make it through that I can make it through anything(smile)

I agree with Steve0178 about running JW for 8 weeks. I ran it for 4 weeks a couple of months ago and loved it. As Steve0178 pointed out, you really start feeling it around week 3 or so.
I also liked Ebol. I think the two will be awesome.
Anyway, good luck.

You know on paper it looks like a lot, but it really is not, to be honest most I have been taking already, only new addtions will be the JW/E-Bol combo
But Iceman thanks for your input , gains I am indeed looking for.
want to make this a real spartan type of hardcore deal(smile) all or nothing

That's the whole thing, about this AConrad00 I think it's a mental thing. All in your mind, if you keep busy doing somthing Mental or Physical you remain focused, as with my journey of going from 300 pounds to where I am now, it was as much mental as physical ( I would imagine/visualize how I would look, would even draw pictures), I told myself and still do that if I allow myself to be that way(fat and out of shape) I would die, now I know that may sound harsh or obssesive but Brother it sure as heck works(smile) so I tell myself, hey this will work, may sound crazy but I believe you can trick your mind into to believeing anything which "it"(your mind) then tells your body. So when I drink a shake I tell myself this will sustain me, ( ok now check back with me in 2 weeks and see if this works)LOL
bring the pain, I am ready(smile) I think(LOL)

Thanks CrusaderHockey3 ,Thanks Mickfootie , I really had not thought about it, but I may just give an update here and there(nothing really detailed), and without a doubt I will post if (better yet) when I am successful , but I plan on really working this thing for all it's worth, cutting no corners, not even giving myself a cheat day(would cause me to lose focus) Call me crazy(smile)

Well if you're looking for motivation (doesn't seem like you need it too badly as you're already mentally strong when it comes to dieting) but if you need an extra reason to stick to your diet and training, what better way than to log it?

Good question Mr. Aries good question indeed, I think it's most people's way of trying to express the belief that supplements are not needed, I think. To be honest had it not been for supplementation my metamorphosis(check the spelling on that one, please)would have been a lot tougher, I'm greatful for supps, no they are not magic, but when you find one that really works(whew) it sure feels like it(LOL)

Day one of V-diet Did not feel hungry at all I am using MRM Metabolic Whey mixed with Muscel Milk. I have not begun the JW/E-Bol I will begin them on Sunday so that it will be the beginning of the week when I start.
Had a hand full of unsalted Sunflower seeds, after drinking shakes all day they taste like candy(smile) The last shake I drank simply becasue it was time, no hunger.work out was murder, felt like I had been fighting a Rabid Bear later that night, forgot to mention ZMA in the mix after I took it I was out like a light, had trouble getting up the next day, feeling really Lethargic in the morning
So far so good

Don't want this to start looking like a log, but everything is going great on my V-Diet can't wait till the JW/E-Bol stack kicks in only day 3 for that, day 6 for V-Diet.
One thing I have to say I got a crazy placebo effect yesterday in the gym(smile)worked my hind end off and still had energy to spare(WOW) call me crazy but as I ingest my supps I go through a mental affirmation stating how this(whatever it is I'm taking) will be effective. Now of course there are some supps that no matter your mental state just do not work(smile)
I do the same with my workout, each lift I imagine blood being pumped into my muscel and becoming stone, I get great pimps that way, most forget the power of the "MIND", ok enough mental "Mumbo Jumbo"
