lose fat and build muscle
what is the best way to lose excess fat while also building muscle at the same time?
i also want to know when it is best to run and when it is best to lift if i have to do them on the same day

run after breakfast and lift after dinner.
build muscle while lifting, burn fat while running... not both at once (well a bit I suppose)
