    my chest wont grow

    I dont know why but my chest does not grow at all, I have tried many different exersices and nothing has worked. HELP

    People will probably want to know what you do to workout your chest, post your routine here. My chest is my lagging bodypart also, I have large arms & legs but the chest just doesn't respond to anything, I've tried chest 2 times a week (worked with my arms once before) and I increased the number of sets, drops sets, everything, it just won't grow.
    People who go around pretending to know everything are annoying those of us who really do.

    Bench press 4x10
    Incline Bench 4x10
    Flys 4x10


    I swtich to dumbells every 3 weeks and use cable flys instead of dumbell flys every 3 weeks

    Even after 3 months of lifting i developed a cheast now 4 months later, it doesn't seem to want to grow, I will only know in about 2 months if there is any change, i now do chest twice a week and have increased my becnhing by 35-40 Lbs.
    My back, shoulders, arms, triceps are fine, i just which if some of that progress from my other muscle groups would go to my chest.

    True...my chest used to not grow, I kept switching rountines and **** like that but nothin really helped until I starting eating like mad.
