    Whats beter Whey or Vegetable protein? Does anyone knoe if 62g of protein is sufficient for each day?

    haha WHEY is the WAY lol, its so much more supiouor to veg protein, and you shoul take in 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

    Whey is better for postworkout. Vegetable protein, or Soy can be mixed with casein or egg protein for other times of the day.

    Are you Serious??? 62g protein per day only?
    I think u mean that's protein from supplements only... but you need 1-1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight.

    philemon666 -- From the info I have, yep, whey is the way to go. Whey is from animal source and is a complete protien. Soy is from veggie and is not complete.
