    Question How Long???

    I'm currenlty 6'3", 94Kg (207 lbs) at 17-18% BF, and I want to get down to about 10% BF. How long should this take me considering I want to conserve as much of the muscle I just bulked on?

    Maybe 15,20 pounds in 2 months. Just make sure to use Glutamine to save those gains you made while bulking.

    What rate of loss should I be aiming for so as to minimize muscle loss. I've lost about 1KG in the last week which is about 2lbs. Is this too much, too little???

    dont look at weight loss as much as body fat %. your weight can stay the same and your body fat % lower. just be VERY strict on what you eat, keep your protein above 300 grams and glutamine like the other guy said. and make sure you take multi vitamin.

    sorry one more to ask, how low should I cut my calorie intake to. I'm basically knocking it down by 300 calories every week or maybe every week I stop loosing weight. But when should I stop cutting calories? I'm at 3200 calories now. Also are you supposed to include post workout shakes and meals in your daily calorie intake?

    No need to be sorry bro, it's your thread! Don't go past 1500. If you find yourself still not losing,(but i doubt it) do more cardio. BTW, don't go buckwild trying to lose. You got to give this time. And include 1 or 2 shakes in your cal count. You got to eat too!

    yeah, I really don't wanna go crazy cuz I dont wanna lose the muscle that I've gained. That sounds pretty sweet, I'm always gonna have a protein shake before and after workouts and also as soon as I wake up and right before bed.
