I'm currenlty 6'3", 94Kg (207 lbs) at 17-18% BF, and I want to get down to about 10% BF. How long should this take me considering I want to conserve as much of the muscle I just bulked on?

sweet thanks man.
What rate of loss should I be aiming for so as to minimize muscle loss. I've lost about 1KG in the last week which is about 2lbs. Is this too much, too little???Supplement Enthusiast

dont look at weight loss as much as body fat %. your weight can stay the same and your body fat % lower. just be VERY strict on what you eat, keep your protein above 300 grams and glutamine like the other guy said. and make sure you take multi vitamin.Supplement Enthusiast

cool...
sorry one more to ask, how low should I cut my calorie intake to. I'm basically knocking it down by 300 calories every week or maybe every week I stop loosing weight. But when should I stop cutting calories? I'm at 3200 calories now. Also are you supposed to include post workout shakes and meals in your daily calorie intake?
thanks...
