    Its a sensitive topic. Some swear by it, others but believe it at all. Personally i use it more for the placebo effect.

    I personally think it does. No scientific proof behind that, just my experiences with it. Get better pumps with it.

    it works for me. Im no scientist or anything but when i used it it made a big differance on my lifts pumps recovery and focus.

    i dont think it does anything long term that makes you produce more, but it def makes more when ur on it. i notice a giant difference.

    I love NO xplode I started using it about a month ago and get such a better workout. I work all day and lift after dinner and I'm usually really tired but NO xplode helps still get a good work out in. My friend used to take it but stopped because he said he didn't notice a result, but i'm pretty sure it's because he lifts like a girl...no offense to girls but he is like 5' 10" and probably 120lbs

    Exactly, not a single independant scientific study backs up claims of increased gains. Its just caffeine giving you the energy boost that you attribute to insane workouts and better gains.

    When I take NO explode I don't feel this "energy rush" that everyone gets. During my workouts I get a different feel. I tried drinking a cup of coffee after reading all the post intrusting it will give you the same effects. I tried it. Coffee tastes like **** and didn't do a damn thing except leave a miserable taste in my mouth.
    There may be no scientific data showing it has positive effects but I feel it does something for me.

    I've tried NO2 products before and they suck, stick with supps that you know work like protein powder and creatine
