Tomorrow will be my first day trying this out. The next few months will be pretty busy for me so i decided to switch from doing cardio in the morning to weights morning around 6am then cardio around 6pm - ish..Not sure since my evenings will be all over the place now.
I'm on a 5 day slit - cardio 45min at 60%HR
Anyways..here is my question.
Has anyone seen any results from this type of routine after switching? I know I won't be eating/drinking as much carbs later in the day since my Pre&Post workout shakes will be in the morning now. So I am sure this will be better on my diet.
Any comments will be very helpful!

Have you started it yet?
Tomorrow morning I plan to have a bowl of oats/protein/ ECL/Glutamine
Hit the weights
Come home then have my PWO shake, then off to the office.
I think this is going to be better for me since I will be only having carbs in the AM, and after that just be eating vegetables for carbs, So I plan on dropping some BF%...Since I will be also doing Cardio every evening.
Also, I think I have more energy in the morning, because after a long day at the office my body is pretty worn out...So this should be a good change.Motivation + Goals + Circumstance = Success

yea same with me... after a day at work i'll have more energy to lift in the morning.
I have been lifting in the morning for about 3 weeks now and it took some getting used to but i like it now... Make sure to eat the carbs before your workout b/c i was suprisingly weaker in the morning at first but i got everything under control now.
GOOD LUCK MANCURRENTLY:
