Alright, i dont know abut you but i follow a 5 day workout split, where i take the wqeekend off from training but i do cardio 5 times per week as well, 2 of those days are on the weekend. Now, my question is, how do you manage to train when your on the no carb day, do you still follow your workout with Post workout nutrition? The post workotu nutrition woudl probably giv eyou arond 50-60 grams of carbs, so im wondering if you count these as its mainly just to re-establish glycogen stores? Also, i notice you don'te eat the "cleanest" carbs on your high carb day, howeve ryou dont go eating the Worst carbs either... such as fat free high sugar ice cream or something. I'm wondering why you do this? Is it because you simply dont have all the great carbs in your house, or is it for another reason?
Thanks a bunch, you owned at the competition, i'm just simply cutting down for summer.

DOn't work out on no-carb days, the calorie deficit that day is already there enough. No need to make more of a deficit.
I don't even think you need cardio with carb cycling and workouts 5 times a week, but I do hate cardio. TP says that cardio isn't necesary.

but you can do no carb cycling with cardio, right?
of course you can. its not necessary though. i do some form of a carb cycle nearly year round now (low carbs on rest days, medium carbs on small muscle group days, high carbs on large muscle groups days) with no/minimal cardio and stay under/around 11% bf all the time.
