its not too bad, but i definitely dont want to make it worse...so i've been afraid to go up or even fully maintain some of my lifts
its kind of a sharp pain on the left of my left wrist (when my palm is faced down)...im not sure what it is or what to do for it
any advice?

Take time off until the pain goes away.
Or lift VERY VERY light weight.
i damaged my wrist, not even fractured or broken and i couldnt lift as much weight as i wanted for a looooong time. ( i toke an x-ray)
im sorry man, but if this is your first wrist injury i hope you learn not to repeat the same mistake.
