Heart Pains??....
this is fairly common around my gym buddies but just curious what all you big guys out there think, same problem or am i moments from death! basically my heart just has minor pain every now and then but i assume its cause im so heavy just like a fat ass who weighed 260 pounds of fat would feel.... im thinking keep up my mainly clean diet with a few crap items because i dont care that much now since im not cutting, and throw in cardio a couple times a week. i figure this will exercise my heart a little maybe slow my gains a little to but mainly save me from a heart attack tomorrow. anyone feel the same or have any suggestions

Any pain you think is "heart" pain should be checked by a doctor. Similar to strokes, heart attacks can be preceded by a series of "minor" events that don't fully register as a serious heart issue. Could be angina. check here for a description: http://www.tiscali.co.uk/lifestyle/h...ve/000020.html
That said, if it tends to happen when you are lying down/getting up or after you exert yourself, it could also just be heart burn-especially if you have a bad lower esophageal sphincter (LES).

any pains that you may even assume is your heart you should get checked out. I was off for little more than a week from torn chest wall muscles, it felt like I was gonna have a heart attack, like you said it came and went as well, but it hurt. The doc. put me on anit-inflamatoires (spelling?) and a pain medicine and I feel a lot better now.
Get it checked before you try something new to by-pass the issue or to try to help the problem, just to be safe.

Might it be this?
Costochondritis
I dealt with this on and off for a while about 10-12 years ago. Either way, you should get it checked out.

I feel a little pain in my right side closer to the heart but is only when I move my arm and make to much strength on the chest.
