On lifting days in the summer I get 69 grams of protien from shakes.
On off days in the summer I get 0 grams.
On lifting days during the school year I get 30 from a protien bar and 46 grams from my pw shake.
On off days during the school year I get 30 grams from a bar.For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. I take protein shakes an protein bars, but man I don't like the taste of tuna. It's interesting to see people that like the taste of it. I have tried eating tuna plain, on wheat bread, with pickles, and the taste is still dull...lol. What do you guys use for making your tuna tasteful...........For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. I get like 20 from shakes and about 250-320 from food. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins
