    How many grams of protein do u get besides food

    Hey,

    Know with all the protein most people eat while lifting, how many grams of protein do you get outside of food?? It could be from protein bars, protein shakes,weight gainers or other.Also, how many tuna fans out there?? I mean by fans, you actually like the taste of tuna lol................

    Tuna is fast becoming my favourite food...not only does it have 40g protein, but I love the taste!

    In a day I get 16.5g from my protein shake, the rest is from food.

    On lifting days in the summer I get 69 grams of protien from shakes.

    On off days in the summer I get 0 grams.

    On lifting days during the school year I get 30 from a protien bar and 46 grams from my pw shake.

    On off days during the school year I get 30 grams from a bar.

    so 200 grams a day... about 50 from shakes

    I get about 92 grams fo protein a day form shakes, if you count the milk. I think I'm going to have to learn to like tuna. That stuff has protein up the hizzle!

    I take protein shakes an protein bars, but man I don't like the taste of tuna. It's interesting to see people that like the taste of it. I have tried eating tuna plain, on wheat bread, with pickles, and the taste is still dull...lol. What do you guys use for making your tuna tasteful...........

    I get like 20 from shakes and about 250-320 from food.

    I just found that a little bag of beef jerky has 26g of protein. Wow some of you guys get a but load of protein,,,I seen 350g.I think I am going to try that tuna and salsa.....
