Is there ever a time when it would be "OK" to have a serving of this stuff? (Bulking BTW) I was thinking on some protein oatmeal pancakes or even a shake. Here's the break down
yeah i wouldnt worry about it too much. i dont know about your likes of the stuff, but you posted the calories for i serving, which is only 2 tbsp. those would be some pretty dry pancakes to me. but i like to drown mine. why not just go with the sugar free kind?
