I miss my trainer... :(
Early last year I had a trainer when I was prepping for a show. She set me up on a push/pull split that I really liked, and varied it every time we met. 8 weeks before my show my son was diagnosed with a disability so I quit prepping, and pretty much ran out of time for the gym due to therapies and evaluations.
Anyway, things have settled down, and I'm getting back into my workout routine, but just doing the last workout she had given me is missing something. LOL. And I can't find one that I like to replace it. AND, I can't afford a trainer now, since I'm still spending over 2K a month on my younger son's therapies, after insurance pays their part.
Does anyone have a site for workout routines? Maybe something that doesn't just do a body-part split?
