today at the gym i tried some snatches and front quats for the first time. I went like really light on the weight, however my wrists hurt afterwards. this pain limited the weight on the exercises. I have read some about this and believe it is a flexability issue. what kind of streaches and stuff should i do. I am almost certain that i have the proper technique on the lifts also btw. thanks for any replies.

I had the same problem yesterday when trying to bench...I picked up the bar and I got a throbbing pain in my wrist and couldn't work out at all. Any help?"When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem begins to resemble a nail."

Yes, I was doing close grip, with elbows close to my sides, so they were very straight... And I have been benching for months without any pain, I hope this heals
