Well you cant really fight it in any way that some1 can instruct you how to. It takes a strong man to fight cravings, takes practice. About 95% of the people who have started a keto diet or pre contest diet for their show for the first time probably cheated at the beginning because of cravings. So its just something you have to start, and be dedicated.

I tell ya one thing, my family..Just like any other family LOVES to eat out. Pizza and all that stuff, and I have to force myself not to eat it. and I havnt eatin any take out in over a year. and I can admit I cheated once whe nI didnt want to, and I felt horrible. Its just something you have to experience. No way of training for it, JUST DO IT!

i dunno if this will help ya out at all, but i keep a pack of sugar free gum with me all the time...i pretty much always have a piece in my mouth, all day long...i find that as long as im chewing on something, any type of craving is supressed...does the job for me...and also, you will burn more cals chewing the fregin gum, than what is actually in each piece, so the cals wont really amount to anything!

maybe this will help.
good luck

yeah, the gum thing helps me as well. I also think that u never crave too much if ur not hungry. So it really helps to not skip meals and eat about 7 times a day.

After eating a clean diet for a long time i just eat junk food when i crave. Then when it destroys my stomach for the rest of the night, i begin to crave it less and less.

Good Luck, Be Strong

Funny Craving Fighter I Found...

So it's about 50% helpful I think. If you're craving something really bad for you, try to combat it with something that's 1/2 as bad for you. (Without sacrificing taste as much)

If it's sweetness you crave, eat fruit. If it's saltiness you crave, eat something salty - whole wheat with a bit of butter (or just eat salt). Identify what kind of "junk food" craving you have and replace it with a healthy option.

Usually when i'm craving something sweet a good fruit salad does the trick. That or some sugar free gum, or diet soda.If i'm craving chocolate or something a couple tootsie rolls do the trick. If you have 2 or 3 of them every once and a while it won't hurt you at all...
