Dumbell Preacher curl 3x8 with squeeze at top (24kg dumbells)
Cable curl 3x8-10 ( 75kg ) keep good form.
Hammer curl & cable curl dropset ( 8 hammer curl / drop set 4,4,6,6,12) x2
I superset the whole routine with Triceps.
