You're legs look GREAT. Shoulders and back also look strong - however your chest/abs and are lacking. Maybe try going with Dumbbells for chest (if your using barbell) as you may be using your shoulders vs your chest.
Your abs look good but your legs and back are very thick and to keep everything on par I think you should spend smore more time working on getting your abs thicker.
A good example (of what you want to go for ) would be david hawk JR.
Here is him at the teen nationals 19 years old-
http://www.repetrope.com/assets/cont...-hawk-d-03.jpg
Despite what I just said to work on and such - at 16 you look amazing. Huge props if you keep it up you are well on your way to being a pro!

calfmaster-hey there, thanks a lot for the great comments. yea my chest has always been my weak area. my shoulders and bis are lagging i think. bis have always been weak for me because ive torn my right bicep twice in rugby, and ive broken my collarbone so my collarbone sorta sticks out making my chest look smaller rather than flow smoothly with my shoulders. anyways, yea ive been working chest real hard and its slowly improving. im doing both dumbell and barbell, because barbells have actually helped me slowly with mass. haha yea lately i havent really been bothered with my abs. havent done any abwork in about a year... haha im a rugby player, so abs arent really a priority for me. but yea i think i might start doin abs now that you mention it, they do seem pretty weak. man that dude is CRAZY! ****...
haha sorry to disappoint, but im really not interested in becoming a pro bb'er of any sort. rugby is my passion, but thank you for the very kind words. it makes me want to go harder in the gym
bigjeezy-yea im really busting my ass to bring chest and arms up, especially in the past month because theyve always been my weakest area. but yea, thanks for the great comments

Very good developement all round.
To improve i would say:
Lower bodyfat maybe 3%. (im guessing your at about 9% now try to get to 6%?)
improve arms and chest.
Other then that, good work man!!!

Gj. Your legs are great, your back/shoulders/traps are good. And your arms are lagging a little.

All I can say is that I am super jealous. You obviously have some good genetics but also probably work your ass off in the gym for results like those. Great work!

hey guys, thanks for the kind words, really keeps me motivated
Hacksquat-thanks a lot bro, id like to have abs like you one of these days haha, crazy abs!
yea id like to try and go for 210 ish, hopefully by september??? and then start cutting down a bit more. id say im probably more towards 10-11% bf?
yea im really starting to try and pick up on arms and chest and traps, i never do traps apart from olympic lifts and deadlifts. and yea i would agree that my lower body is slightly better than my upper body. but im a rugby player, and its really helped me break out of tackles in games. you see guys with massive upper bodies and stick legs and theyre just easy to take down.
leg work... um...
warmup
Squats
Front Squats
Lunges
Leg curls
Stiff Legged Deads(supersetted with leg curls)
yep... thats about it. every 5 weeks ill switch from 20 rep squats to 5x5 to 10x4 to normal 3 sets of whatever i can do. i wouldnt quite say i have good genetics, since my dad was fat, but now hes skinny, both my parents are short, AND asian . well i wouldnt really blame being asian, but yea i do put a lot of hard work into the gym on top of the hard rugby training here in new zealand. i think that if i prioritize a body part, then i can really make it my best body part. but yea, its sort of hard to make everything a priority because i dont have enough time to do so with all the rugby training. but anyways, ill shut up now. so yea, keep the comments and critique coming, and im open to any suggestions on.... whatever stuff haha. thanks guys, its really motivating for me.
