    Easier said than done. My lats grow fast and are very strong.

    So here is a routine I recommend if you only want to work your back once a week.

    Pull Ups 3 x 8
    Lat Pull Downs 3 x 10
    DB Rows 3 x 10
    Seated Rows 3 x 10
    Hammer strenght pull/Rows or close grip pull downs 3 x12
    Hyperextensions

    Yes, the DB row isolates your back and your Lats are the main part of your back.


    And don't anyone fall for that "Width versus Thickness" crap, it is all a myth. Your body grows how it wants to grow, so if you are pretty thick already chances are you will add width to your back and if you are already pretty wide you will likely add thickness to your back.

    The key is to involve all kinds of exercises from rows to pull-ups to dead-lifts.

    That's pretty good work. I thoguht unless the pictures were in "RAW" format you couldn't increase the gamma or brighten it and "get" information back from completely dark areas. I guess it wasn't as dark as I thought......

    why cant u do pull ups?

    if tis strength then dont jump the gun. first work up ure biceps atleast. when ure able to do pullups then worry about"wings"
