What if my diet only consisted of Tuna and oatmeal, while drinking water, milk, or orange juice? Would that be a good idea? I figure I'd get enough protein from the tuna, and the nutrition from the oatmeal. Or, should I throw another something into the mix? Thanks for the info. Of course, I'd still be taking my protein shakes.

Bump.
Though Oatmeal is a bodybuilders second best friend (to protein of course) it does not have enough of the essential vitamins and minerals in it to get your body to run efficiently.
You NEED your low GI fruits and your veggies. If you can't get the dedication to eat these then you have picked the wrong lifestyle to pursue.
What kind of fruits/veggies? The only fruits I like are apples and bananas... but I can get passed that and eat whatever. I'm not sure what veggies would be good. I usually havea salad with my lunch... with a little ranch :-X. Other than that my vegetable count is pretty low...
I think you would get sick of that diet pretty quickly. Why do you only want to eat tuna? Do you dislike steaks/chicken? Throw them together with some veggies and you have a great meal.
