How often should I work out? I'm 15...trying to gain some muscle. ALL of the articles on bodybuilding.com suggest working out 3-4 days per week, which is what I'm currently doing. Many users on this forum are suggesting that I should work out more than that. I dunno though, every other day seems sufficient to me.
What do you think?

I think its really all personal. I work out 6 days a week because i feel my body can fully perform and recover adequetly. If you think that 3 or 4 days works and your split is good, I'de say stick with it.
On the flip side, if your not seeing the results you want over a long period of time, I'de definately say switch it up.

ok u can work out everyday of the week if you want man just dont work a bodypart that has been previously worked in the past couple days. heres my split.
mon- chest, triceps
tues- quads, hams, glutes, thighs
wed- forearms, calves
thurs- abs
fri- shoulders, biceps
saturday off, start over on sunday...not working back for a while cuz im trying to get some better balance*
