Hey i am finishing up this can of Pump and i am looking to try a different pre workout supp. Preferably a powder form because i dont think i respond too well with pump. When i first tried it it was good but it seems to be dying down now. Any suggestions?

take about three weeks off from a pre workout supplement to not become immuned, then I suggest picking up some SuperPump250 or Athletic Edge Steel Edge.... SuperPump250 is the best I've tried, and I've had awesome workouts with Steel Edge as well! Both powder form!

For those who've tried Superpump250, did anyone take it while leaning out? I noticed the creatine in it is Monohydrate. I've tried no-xplode and it was awesome I think it has Kre-Alk in it, but my stomache didnt agree with it too well after a month or so.

Sorry to hear that bro. Most people who use Pump experience benefits that increase with the first can, not decrease. That said, have you looked into Shock Therapy or Shock Therapy/Storm? I switched from AP to Shock, and really like it. Shock does more for me, energy wise, that AP. I liked AP at first, but the effects didn't last long and by the end of the 2nd can I wasn't feeling much.Originally Posted by Universal Rep
