2 Cups 2% Milk - 260 Cal - 10F/26C/16P
Total= 1489 Cal - 36F/189C/110P

1st, What's OTT? Over The Top?
I usually will drink this in the mid-morning (all at once), being I'm still trying to get accustomed to intaking so much calories for weight gain and then normally consume whole food during the rest of my day. Sometimes, I'll do another half portion later at night if I'm trying to bump up my calorie intake for the day.
As of right now I'm consuming 3000+ calories a day. So I was wondering if it's a bit much to get half of this from one drink?Last edited by Fritos; 07-14-2004 at 10:57 AM.

You would be way way way better off taking that shake and dividing it into three separate shakes consumed throughout the day then downing it all at once. IMO that is way too many calories at one meal, even for bulking. Its a nice list of ingredients, but too much for one meal.

IMO, drop the milk down to skim milk and then drop one of the tbs of peanut butter. you will still have PLENTY of calories on around a 3000 a day diet, (i am at 4500 and that shake freaks me out!) the extra fat from the milk and pb wont help with any clean bulk
