Right now I am doing shrugs three times a week (M-W-F). I do three sets of dumbbell and three sets of barbell. I am seeing a difference definitely, but not as much as I would expect. Am I over-working my traps? Should I go down to twice a week? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

how many times a week to you work your legs?...your chest?..back? why would you treat your traps any differently?
granted, different people respond differently to different things, but 3 times a week is a little much...and youre only doing this with traps?...if you keep growing you like say you are, be prepared to be all out of proportion.i represent angry, gun-toting, meat-eating ****ing people!
