Back problems with the squat ever since my last year of wrestling. I have been working my way back to being able to do them. I thought that I was closer to getting back at them but when I tried I got horrible pains, so I decided to do more light squatting(bar only) and try to get my form and everything back before I can go at it hard. Glad to have your input though I know I need to get on top of that, just taking alot longer then I had thought.

I know you can have a few but to tell you the truth I really don't miss drinking much at all. My friends have accepted it and I can go out and have a great time without having to drink. I have a gf anyway, so I don't need to try and hit up the drunk chicks LOL, not that I ever had to before

Wow all I have to say about this weeks numbers is?wow. I am extremely happy with everything really. The only thing that I am not crazy about is the gain in waist size but I m looking more muscular and not just "bigger". Everywhere else though I can't complain in the least, up 1.5 lbs in total bodyweight and an increase in almost every muscle area. Also I'm not just seeing good numbers the mirror is also telling a good story as well as the compliments that I have been getting from others. Can't wait to continue my journey and hope to continue to see great things.

As far is the off day is concerned were going to a state park for fathers day so it should be nice to get out into the woods and have a nice relaxing day. I really like getting out and doing something active so I hope that this off day does not seem to drag on like most.

Side Effects

This morning DOMS were not bad at all and just had some slight soreness in my upper body from the pull-ups. I was surprised that I had no soreness in my legs since I normally have a little the day after. Knees are feeling great today also, no pain or soreness whatsoever. Sleep is still going great and there has still been no lethargy present in the mornings. Other then that noting to report on in terms of sides.

First off, when you say he has "got no where", he has just started using the supplements. Most people tend to get results from using the supplements, not just the act of buying them. 2nd, what the hell does posting a picture have anything to do with anything. Whether I have a picture posted or not speaks nothing about my knowledge of training, nutrition, or supplementation. I mean, take you for example. You have a picture up, and you obviously know **** about supplements. I would just like to take one more time to thank you for gracing us with your presence and unsurpassed knowledge. I look forward to your further intellectual insights, but honestly, if you would just keep your negative and ignorant comments to yourself, that would be appreciated as well.

As for the Trader Joes there is one at Easton and one at sawmill and 161. I always go to the sawmill one since it is the closest to me. The one at Easton is bigger though but has the same stuff. Fiber one is pretty good but the Trader Joes High Fiber tops it by far IMO.

Thanks man! Yeah my joints(kness mainly) were giving me some trouble around the beginning of this week but are feeling much better now. I think that OT's joint formula is kicking in and providing some relief. I would look into a G and C formula to try and help that out.

The many times I've been to Easton, I've NEVER seen the Trader Joes. But I also didn't know there was a Champps there either till one of my favorite bands were playing there.
