what do you think about this routine
keep in mind that i'll change some exercises(not the squat and deadlift) every week but doing the same muscle groupes together
day 1
squat
superset incline dumbbells press+dumbbels flyes
leg extenion
negative only bench press
drop set trcieps
day2
deadlift
hamstrings
superset chin up+biceps
pulldown
bieceps
day3
shoulder
calves
day4
rest

No offence but it's not great. Looks like a weird mix of PPL + full-body, and why negative-only bench press??
