I began lifting with a focus on hypertrophy, and almost religiously pursued the 8-12 rep range. My weight is around 87-88kg (191-193.5lbs) and I have incorporated some lower rep training mostly in the major lifts in the last few months.
my major lifts are basically as follows:
Deadlift 155kg (341lbs) x 5 reps
Bench 82.5kg (182lbs) x 6 reps
Squat 105kg (231lbs) x 6 reps
Am I outrageously weak for my size, and do I need to religiously focus on some real strength training for a few months?

Weak for my size?
Havnt maxed out recently on all of these stats, but based on my lifts (in pounds):
Squat: 280
Bench: 220-230
Deadlift: 410
Pretty crappy, but they'll get respectable.. someday
Year and a half of uneducated lifting 'when i felt like it'
Nine months of educated lifting has achieved me far more.

No, I see a lot of people on here with outrageously high stats. It's understandable that I'd feel a bit weak in comparison though, right? I don't see the point in posting e-stats, and will only ever post stats of things that i have actually lifted. I don't really have any reason to believe that many other people are making things up either.
So the consensus is that I'm about average?Havnt maxed out recently on all of these stats, but based on my lifts (in pounds):
Squat: 280
Bench: 220-230
Deadlift: 410
Pretty crappy, but they'll get respectable.. someday

It depends on what your goals are. I tried being on the powerlifting team when I was a freshman in HS, but I learned quickly that I had genetics for size and not strength...which is fine with me. Today, I have 18" biceps cold, but only use 25lb dumbells for alternating curls.

dont post stuff like this man, especially when you got some decent stats on those lifts. dont try and compare yourself to others! this is about you and your physique/your goals! you will know from your own judgement about how you look, where you want to improve on, how much you want to be benching/deadlifting/squatting by say the end of the year! the only thing you can do is to eat bigger, train harder, rest up plenty, and stay CONSISTANT, and your goals will come!!!!
