Orlistat OTC coming out. get her that.
Michael: Bros before hoes. Why? Because your bros are always there for you. They got your back after your ho rips your heart out for no good reason. And you were nothing but great to your ho, and you told her that she was the only ho for you. And that she was better than all the other hoes in the world. And then suddenly...she's not yo' ho no mo'.

All you need to do to lose FAT is to burn more calories everyday than you intake, nuff said. How many calories does she take in everyday when she eats? (or an average amount). You must run alot and do many other cardio workouts for a couple hours at the gym everytime, and most treadmills are equipped with stats that show how many calories you've burned, etc.
Keep in mind though that she needs to burn ALOT at the gym, and keep an eye on her diet. Try to cut down 500 or so calories (at least) everyday, and make sure all her food has low or no fat. Does your gym also have a sauna? 30 minutes to an hour in a sauna is feasible after a workout, it relaxes and burns fat (to a degree).
Fat burning supplements are overrated in my opinion, but my friend takes Hydroxycut Pro. I have no knowledge of this product so I can't comment on it. Good luck! =]

Yeah that's the main reason why I'm not that favorable to fat-burners, because the risks generally outway the positive effects. Why risk getting injured, (or worse) just to lose fat? Ephedrine is horrible in my opinion, I want to stay in good shape and lose fat in a better way, without worrying if I'm going to get a heart attack ;]

no way should the kids sis sit in a sauna for over thirty minutes after cardio...i'd say at MOST 20 minutes, also, unless she is engaging in physical activity in the sauna, all lost weight will only be water.
Good Diet is #1...Dont need to limit her to zero fats but good fats
Cardio #2...I'd say 3-4 days a week starting with low intensity for medium time, then eventually work up to high intensity
Supps #3...ummm...at most get CLA or just have her taking a multi vitamin and maybe fish and flax oil
good luck with her transformation
stay hard on her

Keep it simple
Firstly Diet. She can eat anything in moderation just be smart about it and stay away from take away, sodas, sweets and cakes and anything else commen sence will tell you. Every 4th day let her eat what ever she wants for a meal or two so she stays sain and sticks to it.
Water, water, water. Drink more water than ever. Two as soon as she wakes up and another two before bed to help digestion. Then one every hour and after meals. Dont overload on it but drink throughout the day, 10 glasses a day.
Eat 3 basic meals breakfast lunch and dinner, and two or three snacks in between meals like an apple or yogurt or something. Even eat fruit with meals and never miss breakfast.
Cardio 3-5 days a week. Dont get her running straight away work her up to it. She also may enjoy cycling or fast walking or swimming or some other form of cardio or light aerobics. Me I never run or jog.
At the end of the day its calories consumed vs calories burnt thats what makes the scales go down. Dont cut down on calories too much. You can loose up to 2 kg a week but for the first week make sure you loose at least half a kg then you can make adjustments so it gets you 1kg a week which I think is the best way to loose weight. Remember you can eat and be satisfied and not hungry all the time so you go binge and still loose weight.
Eat more fruit, veg, salads to fill you up and eat more often, this will make her body more effective at burning up that food. Fill your plate with what you want to eat only and remember it takes a little while for your brain to register that your full so give it a little time before you eat more and then head for some water. If she is still hungry eat a bannana or apple or more salad or something but remember to give it some time first.
As far as supplements go you really dont need them and are pretty much a waste a lot of the time. I think they are maybe good as motivational tool so you stick to it, also as a placibo. If you do get one, get one that is an appite suppresant or a thermogenic burner that will give a bit of energy pre workout and make you sweat a little.
A smarter idea I think would be to invest that money into say a weight management eating program like Jenny Craig or something where all the food is made for you and sent out to you. That takes the guess work out.

Get the cut diet PDF, and tell her to follow it. Don't buy her any supps. unless she has been lifting weights for a few months. Otherwise, you will be wasting money.31-26-36.

Diet is the most important thing. I usually don't do cardio more than once or twice a week, and I lost about 60 lbs in 8 months.
Some quick easy tips that will have her losing weight fast:
-NO SODA. Seriously, she'll lose a couple lbs in the first month if she replaces soda and drinks water.
-NO FAST FOOD. Unless it's grilled chicken with no sauces/bacon/cheese etc.
-WHEAT INSTEAD OF WHITE. Replace white bread with whole grain wheat bread, it's not much worse and will help. Also try to make other simple replacements that will help IE: baked lays instead of regular, cheddar sunchips instead of doritos.
-EAT SMALL MEALS: Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 2-3 big ones, it will help keep the metabolism up while keeping sugar levels low.
Hope this helps .Activate Xtreme/Sizeon Log:

ok it has already been said by some of the above posts, but basically..
Diet - since she is just starting, don't be too strict. Simply cut out some of the junk she has been taking in.. softdrinks, chips, sweets etc.
Try to add in vegetables, fruits, lean meats, oatmeal etc.. in small meals
Workouts - cardio - good deal. Does she like running? Try to get her to choose something that she likes to do.. maybe start her off with power walking, or some aerobics classes at the gym, make it FUN! You can also set her up on a lifting program if she is willing - possibly a fullbody workout 2-3 times a week.
Be consistent with it. And do things gradually and slowly. Good luck.

Stimulants like Caffeine/Ephedrine can work wonders for those with an underactive thyroid, either due to genetics or even medication. Any stimulant, especially something as strong as C/E, can be potentially harmful if abused. If your sister is someone who has an addictive personaility, or has a tendency to abuse drugs of any sort, I would not recommend stimulants of any kind. Safe, non stimulant alternatives are Fish Oil, Green Tea and Sesamin.
If she is cautious, there is simply no better stimulant fat burner than C/E, period.
Proper diet and exercise are obviously the best way to lose weight safely and effectively. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people simply refuse to eat right and exercise regularly. Ultimately, the most important thing to remember is that as long as you take in less calories than you are using, then you will lose weight. Cardio, weight training, and stimulants will help burn more calories throughout the day.No ads here!
The opinions expressed above are my personal opinion.
I have absolutely no affiliation with any supplement companies, and have never had any vested interest in any supplements of any kind.
