Im 6'1'', 162lbs. Im not huge in muscle but i want to get toned, cut up, and have a six pack...like everyone in this world, but i dont know what to do. i heard alot of people say bulk, eat alot, and gain alot of muscle WITH fat and then cut, but it is the summer and i dont want to gain any fat at all. My question is if it is possible to cut and still gain a favorable amount of muscle?
