this is what ive eaten today so far:
8am:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
10am:
homemade p bar:
honey
whey
natty PB
low fat cream cheese
12pm:
400g beef mince chilli
1 med apple
1230pm:
2 slice pizza hut pizza (couldnt resist)
2pm:
natty PB sandwich on WW bread
4:30pm:
2 Hungry Jacks flame grilled chicken burgers
6pm:
600ml no fat milk
ive been farting like something crawled up my ass and died. its REALLY bad. see anything wrong there?
ps: i know its not a good diet, im having a semi cheat weekend (bulking)

heh yeah, i'll give you one piece of advise though....
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!
i was planning a trip to smorgy's (AYCE buffet) but decided to goto a nice italian restaurant instead, and let me tell you, its worth it! you still get tons of food, just you get to enjoy it!
nothing beats my nonna's cooking though! next cheat for me(big cheat at least), is christmas i reckon, damn being in an italian family is good
