i would like some options on this. i heard that you can mix a fiber supp. in with your whey protein shake to slow down digestion. the theory is that the fiber and protein gel up in the stomach and cause a slow trickle of protein over several hours. last night after cardio i tried it. usually i wake up extremely hungary, today not at all, i feel as though it works.

Yeah, fiber slows down digestion and the absorption of protein which is a good thing. Since its slower absorbing, you'll be fuller and less hunry in between meals. That's why you would feel less hungry in the morning. Fiber benefits you in so many ways I can't list them all. All I can say is it's a great bodybuilding supplement everyone should use...
