yah thanks a lot jokers. But I heard of people doing pushups or curls before going on a date before but dont know the details.. like if youre supposed to do high reps or low reps to cause maximum temporary hypertrophy.

Personally? If the difference between your pumped measurement and your regular measurement is the deal breaker...
