when a company that sells supps offers stacks or suggestions, do u consider that information valid or would u go for your own.. or has anyone tried a stack recommended from a company and had either good or bad results?? just curious

I know what you mean, the answer is yes, but just be sure to search around the site before you purchase. Compaines usually will suggest stacks that we already use, the only difference is that in vovles there products
