For the last few months ive been dieting about 2000 calories a day and doing almost no cardo. I lost slowly at about 1 lb every 1 to 2 weeks. Now ive upped cardio a lot and im still not losing weight any faster.
What Im currently doing is 30 minutes of medium to high intensity cardio right after my workout (as this is the best time for me) 3 times a week. I usually run about 2.75 miles in 30 mins and burn off 400+ calories according to the machine, but im still not losing weight faster. Last week I even added in an additional morning cardio before eating, but that hasnt helped any.
Should I be doing lower intensity cardio?

do one hour of cardio on the treadmill 6x/week first thing in the morning before eating while eating 2000cals/day will get you ripped up right quick!
