I've read this could kick one out of ketosis. Anyone have the knowledge if this is true and why? And in what amount?
Also, does this mean that while on keto I cannot taste any diet soda w/citric acid, can't have anything with even a little lemon juice in it, or squeeze half a lemon in my tea? Cuz that would suck. heh. Any info/links very much appreciated.

You'd probably get kicked out instantly. So I would just check a couple times over the next couple of hours..A little might not kick you out..a lot could.. depends on how much you want to drink..
If it's going to kick you out..it'll probably work the same as kicking yourself out on carb up day.
