Is there Such Thing As Too Much Water?
I'm curious, because I seem to be drinking it up like there's no tomorrow and I was wondering if there's such thing as drinking too much water?
I'm 6"6 and 215lbs at about 13%bf and drink between 3-4L of water in an average day. If there is such thing as drinking too much water, do you think this is too much?

Yes if you drink over 2 gallons but then again thats what i heard
i drink 1.5 gallons a day

yes, you can literally drown yourself. thats what my teacher said.

Yes, but unless you are on drugs you probally wont drink yourself to death. I've drank over 2 gallons in one day, but it was during a hard day of football.
