I'm 15, 5'8, 135 pounds, around 12% b/f. Do you think I could lose 12 pounds and get really toned without cardio?? I would still do lots of toning exercises, such as crunches.
Can anyone help me, or has anyone done this?

the only people that i know that can lose weight without cardio are the people with really high metabolisms. The ones who can eat whatever and lose weight. But for the rest of us..cardio is the key. you might and i mean might be able to do it with weight lose products and no cardio but your just bet is to do cardio. Just keep up your diet(im guessing you are eating properly) and do some cardio...and your problems are solved.

Having a number of winter - bulk, spring - cut phases under my belt, I'm of the opinion that getting into single digit b.f. % absolutely requires cardio.
This does not apply to everyone, of course, as I've had a few friends who lived on beer, burgers and pizza and still maintained a six-pack, but for your normal lifter, you gotta do cardio."As a man sow shall he reap, and I know that talk is cheap." Heathen - Bob Marley

Thanks for the support guys. Hey look, I used to hate cardio as well. Still cant say I am in love with it.
I have been as heavy as 260# while training for a power event. I could bench, dead, and squat amazing weights. But climb a set of stairs and be sucking wind.
Older and wiser now(well at least I think so) Cardio training is part of the balanced bodybuilding lifestlye.Psalm 121
