Sharp elbow pain

Well here's how it started, some kid decided he had to arm wrestle me for whatever reason (both arms were used). The next day i had a slight pain in my elbow area, I brushed it off and did my workout. That was obviously a bad idea, it started to hurt worse.

As stubborn as I am when it comes to lifting, I did the samething, tried to complete my workout with my injured arm. I had to stop half way through it because the pain was too bad. Its been hurting for a bout a week now, and it doesnt seem to be getting any better.

If i lift anything, even something that weighs 5-10 lbs my arm will ache from my bicep all the way down to my hand (especially in my elbow area, and even a lil in my rear delt).

Did I just pull something or what? Each day I miss is putting me in a bad mood, i still do cardio but I haven't lifted in a few days now.

I can curl 100lbs but i can't arm wrestle a kid without getting hurt? haha sh*t is annoying me.

i had a minor elbow problem... Begin by resting it for 1-2 weeks and then when you feel like you can handle minor training work up from a light weight.

Judging from the sound of it, sounds almost as if you tweaked the lat. The lat is what gives you the needed leverage for arm wrestling - since you have some pain in the rear delt and it runs through the arm; possibly irritated the tissue next to the axis nerve running through the shoulder complex. Low heat on the shoulder for 15 minutes (2x day).

I would say find a muscle activation specialist or M.A.T. certified person to help you out.

If the problem doesn't go away soon, I would look into some Super Cissus RX by USPlabs:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/usp/super.html

This stuff has helped many people on the site with tennis elbow and more. There was one guy that couldn't even do biceps curls until he tried this. USPlabs Super Cissus RX would be great to supplement with to help heal the injury and prevent future injuries.
