    are there any good bodyweight exercises for legs?

    so due to a crazy work schedule for the next 2 weeks, im gonna have to miss my leg days at the gym.

    are there any bodyweight exercises that i can do for legs just to maintain?
    19, 5'7, 140 lbs

    Get a backpack, put some heavy stuff in it like books, bricks, rocks etc. Put it on and do squats/calfrises/ lunges/whatever u desire. If its still too light get another backpack and put it around your chest so u have 2 backpacks one in front and one on your back. Squat and enjoy, hope it helps.

    very idiotic.
    thats mainly lactate training and the intensity levels arent high enough to maintain strength.
    the 12 min aerobic jog has no place, especially being done after.

    Look at plyometric exercises. A bunch of good leg stuff there.
